We know parents need things to be simple and reliable. Here’s how our delivery and returns work.


1. Delivery options & times

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • European delivery: flat fee of £10, usually 5–10 working days from dispatch.

  • Rest of world delivery: available to selected countries (timings vary).

    You’ll always see available options and prices at checkout. We’ll send a dispatch email with tracking once your order is on its way.

2. Delivery charges

  • Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50.

  • Orders under £50 will be charged at the standard UK rate shown at checkout.

  • Express UK delivery is available at an extra charge (shown at checkout).

  • European delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10, regardless of order size.

  • Rest of world delivery rates vary depending on destination and will be shown at checkout.

3. Missed or delayed deliveries

We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, weather, or other events outside our control. If your parcel is late, please check the tracking link first, then contact us if you need help.

4. International deliveries (duties & fees)

For orders delivered outside the UK, import VAT, duties, and clearance fees may be charged by your local carrier. These are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs checks may also cause delays we can’t control.

5. Remote Postcodes

Orders can be delivered to most postal areas. Due to carrier availability, certain locations may be subject to an additional 1–2 days' delivery time.

5. Need to return your items?

We hope you love your Little’n pieces as much as we do. But if you need to return something, here’s how it works:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with labels and packaging.

  • You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and return within another 14 days.

  • Hygiene-sensitive or personalised items can only be returned if faulty.

6. How to start a return (UK customers)

  1. Email info@littlen.uk with your order number and what you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll email you a pre-paid returns label to print and attach to your package.
  3. Fill in the returns form included with your package.

  4. Drop the parcel off as instructed and keep proof of postage. Without proof, we can’t issue a refund if the parcel goes missing.

  5. Note: The standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

7. International returns

  • Email info@littlen.uk with your order number and details.

  • We’ll provide you with our returns address.

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of postage yourself. Please choose a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

8. Refunds

  • We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

  • You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is on its way.

9. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

10. Faulty items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at info@littlen.uk. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 mean you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. In these cases, we’ll cover the return postage.
