Terms of Service

Who we are: PRETTY LITTLE PEOPLE LIMITED, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15991661) (“Little’n”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About our store
We sell baby clothing and accessories under the brand name Little’n. Our site runs on Shopify.
2. Pre-contract information
We’ll show you the key info before you buy: who we are, product features, total price incl. taxes, delivery costs, payment methods, delivery/returns basics and your right to cancel.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to order. If you’re under 18, a parent/guardian must order on your behalf.
4. Orders & contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email a confirmation when we receive it; the contract forms when we dispatch your items. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, genuine pricing errors, stock issues). If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.
5. Cancellation before dispatch
Changed your mind before we ship? Email info@littlen.uk and we’ll try to stop it. If it’s already shipped, please use our Refunds & Returns Policy (your statutory 14-day cooling-off rights still apply).
6. Prices, taxes & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. You authorise us to charge your chosen method (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). If there’s a clear pricing mistake, we may cancel and refund. Klarna/pay-later options are separate agreements with those providers—please read their terms.
7. Delivery, risk & title
We deliver across the UK (and to other locations shown at checkout). Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes when we receive full payment.
8. International deliveries (duties & fees)
For orders delivered outside the UK, import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees may be charged by the carrier before delivery—these are the customer’s responsibility unless we say otherwise at checkout. We can’t control customs delays.
9. Product information & variations
We aim to describe and photograph items accurately, but small variations in colour/finish can occur. Sizes are approximate—every baby grows differently. Minor variations that don’t affect quality or performance won’t usually be considered faults (your Consumer Rights Act protections still apply).
10. Promotions, discount codes & limits
One code per order unless stated. Promotions are time-limited, non-transferable and subject to availability. We may withdraw a promotion where continuing it would be an obvious mistake or abuse. We can limit quantities per household to prevent reselling.

12. Pay-later options (Klarna, etc.)
If you choose a pay-later/instalment method, your contract is directly with that provider. Their terms apply (eligibility checks, repayment schedule, late fees). Use responsibly.
13. User accounts & acceptable use
Keep your login details secure. Don’t misuse the site (e.g., fraud attempts, introducing malware, scraping, bulk-ordering to resell). We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe there’s misuse.
14. Intellectual property & UGC
The site, images, product designs, text and logos are owned by or licensed to us. Don’t copy or use them without permission. If you tag us or submit content (e.g., reviews, photos) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost and use it in our marketing. If you change your mind, email info@littlen.uk and we’ll stop future use where reasonably possible.
15. If things go wrong (your rights)
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods (repair/replacement, then price reduction or refund) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
16. Our liability
We don’t exclude liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. We’re not responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee, or for events outside our control (e.g., strikes, weather, courier delays, network outages). Our total liability for any order won’t exceed the amount you paid.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to future orders only and will be posted here with a new effective date.
18. Severability & no waiver
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived it.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes will be handled by the English courts.
