Refund Policy

Effective date: 12 September 2025

We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, here’s how refunds and returns work with us.

 

1. How to start a return

Email info@littlen.uk with your order number and details of what you’d like to return. We’ll send you the steps to follow. Please keep proof of postage when sending items back.

2. Condition of items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• In the same condition you received them.

  We cannot accept returns of:

• Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. muslins, bibs, towels, blankets) unless faulty.

• Personalised or customised items, unless faulty.

3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You’ll get an email when your refund is on its way.

Note: The standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Who pays for returns

• If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you cover the return postage.

• If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return postage (please contact us first for a prepaid label).

6. Faulty items

If something’s faulty, damaged, or not as described, let us know at info@littlen.uk. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 mean you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days from our confirmation email, first check with your bank or payment provider. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@littlen.uk and we’ll help.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we process the return. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
