Who we are: PRETTY LITTLE PEOPLE LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales with company number 15991661 (“Little’n”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

We know how important privacy is—especially when you’re shopping for your little one. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. We follow UK data protection law (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018) and, where relevant, PECR for cookies and marketing.
1. What we collect

Order & account details: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, items ordered, order history, returns, customer service interactions.

Payment details: handled securely by Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal, Klarna (we don’t store full card numbers).

Marketing preferences: your email preferences, sign-up status, and engagement with our emails.

Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, time zone, cookie IDs, pages viewed, interactions (via Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

Support content: messages you send us (e.g., email, contact forms, social DMs).
2. Why we use your data

4. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Shopify and others use approved safeguards (UK IDTA/EU SCCs). Canada has adequacy; US and others rely on SCCs or equivalents.
5. How long we keep data

Orders & tax records: 6 years (HMRC requirement).

Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.

We don’t keep personal data indefinitely; when no longer needed it’s anonymised or deleted.
6. Marketing
We send marketing only with your consent, or under the “soft opt-in” rule (when you’ve bought from us and it’s about similar products). You can opt out any time via the unsubscribe link or info@littlen.uk. We never use bought-in lists.
7. Cookies & similar tech

8. Children
Our site is for adults purchasing baby products. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has provided personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Your rights
You can request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability (where applicable). You can also withdraw consent at any time.
